Any questions relating to how your financial institution uses the collected information should be directed to them.
In some cases Liberty uses subcontractors to provide products and services for you. Examples include companies that produce specialized products such as One-Writes or pre-inked stamps. In all of these circumstances, we disclose data only for the express purpose of serving your needs. We have signed letters of agreement with all of these companies stipulating that your nonpublic, private information may be used only as necessary to complete their obligations to you and us.
Liberty may, and you authorize Liberty to disclose any information about you to government officials or other third parties as we, in our discretion, believe necessary in connection with an investigation of fraud or any other activity that is illegal or may expose us to any legal liability.

We recognize the importance of security and are fully committed to protecting unauthorized access to customer information. We employ and maintain network firewalls and other security features that are recognized as industry standards (e.g., Secure Socket Layers, password protected logons, server logs, access control restrictions, etc.) in an effort to prevent disruption of service or loss, theft or alteration of sensitive information. We use reasonable commercial efforts to stay current with frequent changes in security requirements which may include participation in security trade organizations, conferences, educational activities, use of security consultants, periodic intrusion tests, software upgrades, hardware enhancements or through proactive security systems monitoring. We believe that such efforts represent a good faith effort on our behalf to maintain appropriate security levels. We hope you understand that, in spite of these good faith efforts, we cannot guarantee that a security breach will never occur and you acknowledge that any of your data or information may be subject to unauthorized access with potential damage to you without fault of Liberty.
